How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at Fashionista Outlet couldn’t be easier:

  • If you know what you are looking for, use the Clothing, Designer Bags, Shoes and Accessories links on the top menu bar. In need of fashion inspiration? Check out the Fashionise Me section.
  • Once you have found an item, select your size and click on the 'ADD TO BAG' button underneath each item. The item will appear in the top right hand corner saying ‘Added to Bag’ to show that it has been added to the bag.
  • To review the items in your shopping bag click on the 'BAG' link at the top of the page. You can use the 'REMOVE ITEM' button to delete items from your shopping bag.
  • Click on 'CHECKOUT' to complete your order.


Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

  • You need to register on our site to make a purchase on the site.
  • To Create an Account you:
    • Click on the register button on the top right hand corner
    • Enter all the details required
    • Click on Register
    • Once registered, you will be re-directed to your welcome page and it will show on the top right hand corner that you are signed in..e.g Welcome Myriam!
    • You can then continue shopping..


I've forgotten my password - what do I do?

  • If you have forgotten your password, click here to change it or follow the 'Forgotten Password' instructions on the Sign In page. You will then be sent an email with your password reminder or you may click here which will enable you to create a new password.


How do I know that the products you sell are authentic?

  • As an authorized online distributor for all of the designers we feature, we can 100% guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic. Every product has an authenticated label attached from the designer.


Which size should I choose?

  • All products are sold by the international sizing scheme used by the designer. To convert this to your usual size, simply click on the 'size chart' link which you will find on every product page. This will provide you with the necessary size information. If you have any questions, please send an email tocustomerservices@fashionista-outlet.com for assistance.


How do I know if an item is in stock?

  • All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are in stock unless "Sold Out" is displayed next to the item. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.


What payment methods does Fashionista-Outlet accept?

  • We accept Maestro Credit and Debit Cards, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, MasterCard, PAYPAL and any other methods clearly advertised on the site.


Will my payment be secure?

  • All transactions processed by credit card are done via Sage Pay a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Your full card details will never be displayed to anyone and only used to process card transactions which you have initiated. Your card details will automatically be deleted for security reasons. Can I change my personal information?

  • Yes, if for any reason you are concerned that the personal information held by Fashionista-Outlet is not correct, please visit the website and, after logging into the site using the "Sign In" option on the top right hand side of the home page, your personal information will be made available for review and available to change in the "My Account" section. Only you or, upon your request, a Customer Services representative, may access your personal data from the website using your password and User ID.
  • At the ‘My Account’ section you will be able to see what purchases you have made and edit your shipping details.

Is my personal information kept private?

  • We would like to assure you that all the information you provide us with is strictly private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.
    To register at Fashionista-Outlet, we will ask for your name and email address. To process credit card orders online we also require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. This personal information is used to fulfil and deliver your orders and manage your account.
    Please note that Fashionista-Outlet may also use the information you provide us with, to inform you of promotions, discount and services you may be interested in via email.

How much is delivery and how soon can you deliver my order?

  • UK and International Delivery information can be seen by clicking on the link on the homepage. This will outline the delivery charges for International shipment and UK. International Delivery Only will be charged according to what zone you live in. UK Delivery only has the option for next day and 48 hr delivery services.

Is my Package Insured?

  • All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in shipment from Fashionista-Outlet to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If you have specified a recipient that is not you for delivery purposes then Fashionista-Outlet is not responsible for any damages or loss as it transfers the responsibility of your purchased goods to you as it would by signing for them yourself.
  • If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.


What is your Refunds Policy?

  • You have up to 14 days to return your product from the date it arrives. All items need to have all labels attached or provided otherwise a full refund will not be issued.
    Your refund will be refunded to the purchaser's credit card. We will exclude the cost of return (with the exception of faulty items), which we deduct to cover the cost of return shipping. Please note we offer a free 7 days return policy for UK and International Delivery, from the date your product arrives. Please also note, due to the varying processing times of individual issuers, card refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your account.

How do I make a return?

  • Making a return or exchage couldn’t be easier. Simply contact us via email at returns@fashionista-outlet.com or by telephone on 0207 6109466
  • State the reason for the return within 7 days of your receiving your order.
  • You will be informed via email when your product has been returned and processed. Please allow up to 14 days for returns to be processed in your bank account or paypal account.

How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?

  • An email will be sent to notify you that we have received your order. Please allow 7-14 working days for the payment to be deducted.

Can I track my order?

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting My Account followed by My Orders


Where is my order?

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours depending on the delivery service you have selected. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Fashionista-Outlet is not responsible for any delays caused by weather, customs etc.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from Us of your shipping details and an airway bill number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting My Account followed by My Orders.
  • You must register as a user at Fashionista-Outlet to purchase a product and take advantage of the following services.
